Our client is the largest oilfield service provider in the world and the leading supplier of technological services and solutions to the international petroleum industry.

They commissioned us to use our knowledge and expertise to develop their in-house instructors based in the field and at their Global Network of Learning Centres.

Challenge

With over 100,000 people in 85 countries the task of developing and assuring competence is a real challenge. Their goal is to enable technically knowledgeable people to develop their motivation and knowledge in the art and skills of professional design and delivery of training so they can train the workforce.

Solution

We have coached their technical instructors, from around the globe, in the tools and skills of both designing and delivering training materials in their specialist field. Creating learning experiences that inspire, educate and develop the skills and competencies of managers and knowledge workers of this quality-driven organisation.
