We help accelerate the alignment and development of different people and groups to reach the Performing Stage as swiftly as possible. High-performing teams give you a competitive edge. Whether you need a pre-project “ignition” start-up or an organisational or team merger or alignment, our aim is to custom design workshops that ensure that when delivering as a team, people hit the ground performing, clear about the goals and expectations, and trusting of their colleagues.
The Leadership team is now functioning much more effectively with everyone united behind a common task and being supportive! The workshop we held was important in this transition.
We take a concierge approach in our design and development, so workshop content, themes, and activities are modified to suit the needs of the client and participants.
Kick-start of any project
Teams will typically go through four stages: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing. The aim of the workshop is to accelerate the team’s development.
Subsequent “Half-time” Reviews at critical points in the project help to recognise and further embed what is working, to refresh skills and tools, and to evaluate how to improve performance and what changes are needed.
The final element of the “Post-match” Project Review celebrates success and encourages constructive dialogue, which leads to ideas and lessons being learned for future projects.
Valuable outcomes for your team:
Excellent Workshop – well organised. Content hit our requirements square on! I believe your interpretation of our expectations and needs was spot on!
All the feedback from site was good, and Mastertons said they had never attended anything like it!
To me, being a project person, it is good practice to have such a day on all major works. However, the ENI team have not had such an event in 30 years.
