My passion is for people, and helping to make a difference to the teams and organisations I engage with. I believe when we use our creative talents and positive energy for the good of others, magic can happen. I am very proud of the results our professional team deliver on behalf of our amazing clients. After 25 years of designing training programmes, as well as learning and facilitation events, we have sharpened our saw, and look forward to many more years of this wonderful journey.

I love telling stories which are relevant to the training sessions I am delivering. I have three criteria for these stories:

1. Must be recent, never told before!
2. Must be true and experienced by myself.
3. And must have a learning point relevant to the session I’m delivering.

I love preparing and delivering training, and the newer the topic the more enthusiastic I become!

I am very fortunate to tremendously enjoy what I do.  The main areas of my work are Facilitation, Perception and Management of Risk, Change Management and Media/Reputation Management.

Whilst working in these areas, I am very keen to explore innovative methods to enable first-class facilitation, communication and learning to take place.

I am an experienced facilitator and love working with groups to get them to a place they never dreamed they could get. It’s great when this happens – and it does. I love reflecting on a job well done which has brought value to all those who have experienced it.

Having come into the world of training via the pathway of professional acting, my skills lie in reading an audience so as to create an atmosphere in which delegates feel both entertained and confident to contribute.  I am driven by a desire to facilitate energetic and honest discussion around a multitude of differing topics – particularly in helping to resolve situations where conflict and communication issues abide.  I am passionate about learning new theories and models to help explain psychological phenomena in a clear and palatable way, and to use this to generate powerful and engaging workshops.

I have over 24 years’ experience of developing leaders and high-performing teams. Clients tell me I’m passionate as well as pragmatic, and I’ve developed many great working relationships with leading organisations. My approach is results-focused, and I have a real enthusiasm for realising the potential of people to enhance business performance.

I worked in a leadership role before coming to learning and development at the turn of the century, and have designed and delivered programmes for organisations all over the world in that time.

I’m passionate about working with people to build not only their skills, but also their confidence and motivation to implement those new skills, and I have a particular penchant for experiential learning methodologies

I bring energy to facilitation and believe that engaging people in a fun and experiential way is crucial to learning and discovery.

I’m driven by a belief that sharing knowledge can be a rewarding and enlightening experience.  And through that knowledge, we can change and improve the way we do things.

People, cultures, humanity and the way we interact fascinate me – historically, currently and also projecting into the future. What can we achieve?

I believe that great communication, self awareness and leadership facilitate the emergence of truth, trust and therefore positive change, both within the individual and at cultural level within an organisation.

I am passionate about the fact that by affecting the way people spend one third of their lives, the impact is huge for their organisations, families, communities and even the world!

I am a multi-disciplinary designer, with a passion for innovation. Design excites me; and is an integral part of learning and development programmes, helping to engage participants and enhance their experience.   People describe me as warmly enthusiastic, passionate and creative.

If I weren’t an innovator then I would probably be… a sailor, as I love the ocean – being in it and on it.

I am a content writer with a passion and enthusiasm for researching methods and theories that really help people. It drives me to become better at creating training materials and content, making ideas and concepts really accessible for people. I love a good metaphor, and derive a lot of inspiration from Philosophy and Psychology.

My job is to help keep the people at W2 in a calm, relaxed and productive state. Consequently, my role is to nag them to take me for a walk along the banks of the River Tay at regular intervals during the day. I know this “breaking of state” and the opportunity to daydream while they walk helps them to come up with great innovations for our clients. I also benefit, as I get both a biscuit and a stick!
